RELATIVE HUMIDITY
The amount of moisture the air holds relative to the maximum moisture the air can hold at the same temperature.
The ratio of water vapor in the air as compared to the maximum amount of water vapor that may be contained.
The ratio of the quantity of water vapor actually present in the atmosphere, to the greatest amount possible at a given temperature.
